Every word's origin can be traced through etymology. It brings to surface the origin of words from the past. The word "manifestation" originates from the Latin word "manifestare," which means "to make visible" or "apparent". 'Manifestation' is used to make ideas, thoughts or desires turn apparent, visible or tangible i.e. become a reality.
The answer is definitely yes! Almost every leader, founder, members at C-suit level and even managers have an inherent power of manifestation. They may seem extremely committed and disciplined to their roles everyday but actually they plan everything way before in advance. They imagine what their personal life and business will be one year or 5-10 years from now, in some cases it is even more. They tend to write their set milestones way before it becomes achievable for them and start manifesting them over and over.
Manifestation is nothing but the art of bending the universe energies to your will and goals. Though manifestation is closely related to spirituality and beliefs. But it is a scientific method to give oneself positive affirmations and cultivate a strong mindset to achieving our goals.

- Positive Mindset: The power of manifestation will not work without a positive mindset. As they often say, "There is no secret ingredient, it is just you". You need to constantly remind yourself that you are powerful and you can become the change you wish you create in your life. You must replace self-doubt and negativity with positive affirmations that reinforce your confidence and determination. Just say "I can do this !" Repeat your goal in your head 3-4 times and you will realize it's not that difficult anymore.
- Initiate action and ensure momentum: Managers can use manifestation as a tool to amplify their efforts. But manifestation cannot work in isolation it requires aligned action and momentum to achieve the desired results. Just looking at a mammoth task and imagining or expecting it to complete on its own will lead to delays. One must manifest that he/she has the confidence and strength to break down the task into manageable components and then imagine oneself completing it within a set deadline. This must be followed by building a steady momentum and actually initiating the activities to complete the task. Procrastination will take you nowhere. Just imagining yourself completing the task will not be fruitful either. One must prioritize and align efforts.
- Wonders of Habit: In the previous point we understood the value of initiating action after a good quick session of manifestation. However, all leaders tend to supercharge their power of manifestation by building habits around them. They use manifestation to daily remind themselves about their goals, keep a positive mindset and start improving their daily routine by adding new habits every few months. A positive habit can be as small as meditating for a few minutes each morning or reading a few pages of a book each day. Tell your mind over and over that you wish to be more. Manifest yourself doing a task over and over such as a hobby - painting or reading or meditating etc. Eventually you will take your first step towards this task. Then judicially do this task for 5-15 min continuously for 4-7 days. You will realize that your mind is giving you reminders to do this task. Keep the momentum and within 3-4 weeks this task will convert into a habit for you. You will be able to become what you desire to be a leader, a strong manager, a reputed player in the market or anything that is your dream role.
- Desire to create: Manifestation aids you to harness the power of visualization. If you can dream something in great detail then you can certainly bend the universe to your will and achieve that dream. As a manager or someone in C-suit or above there is no set KRA or formula for guaranteed success. You must rely on your power of manifestation at times to see yourself setting and achieving the required results. The best thing about manifestation is that it helps to break your shackles, your defense's and puts you in an open state of mind where you are not bound by your own thinking. You can think beyond your current role and your tasks at hand. You can find flaws in already existing systems by thinking of ways to make the systems better. If something is unachievable right now, it can be in your reach say, within few months or years. Manifestation prepares you for the next change in your life. It reminds you what you are capable of and will be capable of someday. You need to just visualize your dreams and convert them into goals then see them before achievable right before your eyes.
- Sweetness of appreciation: If you achieve something then, you just like everyone else wants to be appreciated. A pat on the back, a few words like 'good job' is all we need to keep our momentum running at full throttle. Similarly you must learn to appreciate your juniors whenever they achieve a small milestone. Appreciation must also be followed by gratitude for the universe that you are now bending your will by your power of manifestation. You must thank everyone that helps you achieve your ultimate goals such as your team, your mentor, your family, the universe and even yourself and your spirit. This gratitude will remind you what it took to achieve where you are now and who to connect with to achieve your future desired goals.
