Introduction: The Importance of Interviews
Job interviews are the most common method companies use to select candidates, and it's highly likely that you'll go through several rounds before landing a position, depending on the nature and seniority of the role. Each round may involve different stakeholders such as recruiters, hiring managers, supervisors, or even future peers, and will typically consist of 10 to 30 questions. You can think of the interview as a hurdle race, with each question being a hurdle you must clear to stay in the competition.
The key to navigating this process successfully is preparation. Keep in mind that professional recruiters are often well-trained and experienced. If you’re not prepared, you’ll be at a significant disadvantage.
As the saying goes, "If you fail to prepare, you should be prepared to fail."

However, if you prepare at 120-150%, even with nerves, you'll still be able to deliver at 100% during the interview.
