Mastering the Human Domain & Full-Spectrum Dominance: Neuromodulation & Remote "Mind-Reading." Fact or Fiction?

For the people that think "mind-reading" and "mind-control" AKA "remote neuromodulation" technology are simply the realm of science fiction movies; you could not be further from wrong.

One of the most famous initial cases of a "mind control" experiment was carried out by Dr. José Manuel Rodríguez Delgado in 1963 - in Spain.

Dr. Delgado?implanted electrodes in the brain of a bull, attached to a whip antenna and was able to remotely control the bull's movements via a transmitter which relayed joystick movements to the bull via a dedicated frequency.

Now let us fast-forward to 1974, and have a quick examination of Robert G. Malech's patent for an "Apparatus and method for remotely monitoring and altering brain waves."

There were several differences between Malech's work and that of Delagado. Malech was focused on "breaching the cerebral firewall of Homo Sapiens," versus that of a bull.

The second aspect of Malech's work that stands out is that there was no need for cranial-surgical operations since Malech had already begun to identify specific frequencies, which induced catalogued behavioral responses.

This technology is referred to as RNM or "Remote Neural Monitoring" by the IC, military and federally-funded universities (DARPA and IARPA), which often do this illegal and invasive research under the guise of "Neuroplasicity Studies" and "Stroke Rehabilitation."

So the Neuralink Concept -AKA implantable brain-computer interfaces was made obsolete in the mid-1970s by Malech's research.

Malech's technology relies upon at least two transmitters which emanate radar waves. When the radar waves from different sources intersect, they create what is referred to as a "Scalar Field."

When an individual - unbeknownst to him or her - is being saturated with frequencies via scalar waves, those waves react with the electrochemical activity going on inside the craniums of any humans in the target-area, and their brainwave activity can be remotely deciphered so that the SCIF-based operators of this highly classified technology have the ability to read emotions - and complex thoughts.

The whole concept of "implantable chips" is a MacGuffin - it's non-relevant, a rather primitive "sleight-of-hand."

The CIA successfully worked on a frequency referred to as the "Brown Note." Saturating a localized battle-space with the "Brown Note" frequency triggered an inter-cranial electrochemical response that resulted in rapid and severe "intestinal evacuation" in enemy combatants.

During the first Iraq war (1990s), they were mounting spherical transmitters on buildings, which were referred to as "Poppers" by the American SPECOPS teams. They successfully identified the frequency to remotely induce dread and despondence in neighborhoods, which they had designated as having a "high terrorist count."

The USAF and US Navy have been involved in this research - along with Directed Energy Weapons (DEWs) for at least seven decades.

I saw an interview with a US General once, and he stated that the "US Military has the technology to know exactly what the plans of high ranking officers were, even if they never spoke to anyone else about their intentions - nor engaged in any digital communications relevant to their intentions. The interview was quickly scrubbed from the internet.

The concept of the necessity of implantable devices for a "Neuralink" system is beyond laughable. Robert G. Malech is probably spinning in his grave with fury.

The whole "implantable device" charade is an aspect of a pre-emptive and/or predictive programming protocol - employed to get the population familiarized with the concept of being linked into different AI systems (and there are many).

Elon Musk is peddling a sixty year-old, Delgado-styled human control and RNM technology while Malech's work was decades in advance of what Delgado was able to accomplish, which basically equates to an "MRI-style" system that can do brain scans in real-time from remote locations, and then translate the electro-chemical activity into text and images.

Yes, this tech is indeed that sophisticated and it has been deployed as a surveillance mechanism against the general population for at least two decades. These projects are classified.

In 1998, Timothy L. Thomas penned a very comprehensive article for the US Army War College Quarterly entitled: The Mind Has No Firewall. It is an excellent read, his statements are spot-on - and that was 25 years ago.

The general public's knowledge of the terrifying capabilities of today's surveillance technology is decades and decades behind what humankind has unfortunately become capable of employing for population control and monitoring.
