As a recruiter and talent acquisition consultant, my work involves engaging with hundreds of individuals weekly. Despite my career path and hosting a podcast, communication hasn't always come naturally to me. It's been an ongoing journey of improvement. While I wouldn't label myself as an introvert, I lean towards being more of an ambivert - someone who embodies traits of both introversion and extroversion.
