  1. The Domain and Email Setup

Start fresh with new domains, splitting your accounts 50/50 between Outlook and Gmail. This diversification is crucial, as noted by LinkedIn automation expert John Espirian: "Never put all your eggs in one basket when it comes to email providers."

Set up proper DNS settings (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and limit each workspace to about 20 users maximum. Warm up your new accounts for two full weeks before sending any real emails.
