Mastering the Art of the Pivot

Mastering the Art of the Pivot

Change can be scary, but it’s also where the magic happens! Mastering the art of the pivot is the secret sauce for staying ahead and loving what you do.

But, what does it mean to pivot? It’s not about throwing out your playbook—it’s about tweaking it to match the moment. Maybe you’re experimenting with a new coaching method, or diving into a fresh niche. Whatever it is, pivots keep your business exciting and your energy high.

Recently, I took a step back and looked at my business model. I saw some new opportunities that would strengthen my brand and also give me back even more free time than I had before! I created a brand new Mastermind called Elevate and enrolled 12 awesome coaches who were already at the 6-figure and above mark and wanted to pivot as well. Not only am I filling a need I recognized but I feel refreshed and excited to be working with a new group of coaches!?

Remember, pivots aren’t just for crisis mode.

They’re your ticket to continuous growth! When things start to feel stagnant or you notice a shift in your industry, lean into the change. A small shift can open doors you didn’t even know were there.

Don’t wait for the pressure to build before you pivot. Spot the opportunities early, and you’ll be ahead of the game. Staying curious and flexible keeps you (and your clients) on the cutting edge.

So, next time you feel the itch to try something new, ask yourself: Where’s the growth opportunity hiding? Embrace the pivot, and watch how fast your world opens up!

Love & light,

Susan

Right... CHANGE is the only constant, isn't it? It's not always easy, but learning how to pivot when things don't go as planned can make all the difference. Susan Epstein
