While this was devasting, it was merely the opening jab. Its primary purpose was to pave the way for its partner to deliver a knockout blow, “The Great Division”.

The modern-day sales expert understands the necessity of possessing a competitive edge!

Sales skills, passion, and personality are now considered sales fundamentals, not a prerequisite for success!

In 2021, my unconditional love for my daughter, Adele, spurred me to pivot and change the direction of my business. For what use are wealth, education and freedom in a world governed and run by artificial intelligence?

Service Management Consultancy Ltd is a portfolio of companies dedicated to servicing Startups and Small Businesses.

We aim to empower small business leaders with the knowledge, tools, resources, and insights to thrive in today's globalised world. This is not about me or you; it is about protecting humanity's future.

While I possess much International Sales Experience, I still have much to learn. A wise mentor once told me, “You only get smarter by playing with more intelligent opponents”. Thus, I am pleased to introduce you to the newest member of the SMC family, Mrs Janika Takats .

Janika is a “Germacian”, a crossbreed of German and Jamaican. Aside from these two countries, she has also lived in France, Ireland, and Latin America. She possesses a BA Hons in Cultural Studies and a Master’s in Cultural & Media Management. She started her career as a journalist. For the past decade, she has been a CEO for various companies within the print industry and possesses a wealth of experience in marketing and public relations.

This dossier is a combined effort; however, moving forward, she will alleviate me from most content-related topics for the SMC Group. I will take a more supportive role, primarily focused on ensuring the sales insights are relevant and beneficial to you, our beloved followers!
