I acknowledge that the chances of this procurement leading to a higher opportunity may be low, let's say at 2%. One might ask, what if, after putting in all the effort to deliver an excellent experience, nothing changes, and it doesn't impact her job? Well, I always pose the question: what if it does create an opportunity? Then, the subpar delivery would have robbed her of that opportunity, and there would be no way for her to find out the magnitude of the damage done by that singular act and the significant opportunity missed.
