Misconception ranks high among the "trap doors" people experience in their personal, professional and philanthropic leadership effectiveness and success. Allowing circumstance to dictate career and business success, ranks equally high, followed closely behind by blaming anyone or anything for not achieving the success they truly or think is deserved.

The purpose of this “quick-read” article is to dispel such misconceptions, circumstantial setbacks and any desire to blame anyone or anything for not achieving the results we truly desire in business or life.
