Within the next 5 to 10 years, more than 76 million baby boomers are scheduled to retire. Is your organization prepared for the exodus? Mentoring is one way that organizations can successfully transition employees through this change. Today, organizations are challenged to not only identify the “high potentials” for specific leadership positions, but also to retain them. For this reason and many others, mentoring is rapidly becoming recognized as a highly effective worldwide human resource development process. During this program we’ll discuss how your organization can establish, administer, and evaluate an effective mentoring program.
