Thank you for continuing your learning journey in this 5-part series, where I share key skills from my popular Pluralsight course, "Navigating the Challenges of Change in Your Work Environment."
Keeping healthy communication flowing between employees and managers is essential, most especially when going through change.
As a culture strategist with both SPHR (Senior Professional of Human Resources) and a CCMP (Certified Change Management Professional), I find myself living, speaking, writing, and teaching about change almost 24/7. It is genuinely thrilling, as I personally benefit each time I teach, talk, or write about change.
One of my all-time favorite tools to share with my learners, and the resource I get the most feedback on, is what I coined as 'The Change Navigator: A Communication Model for Processing Emotions and Communicating During Change.' I know, it's a mouthful of a title!
