1 个月Saving this to share with clients! This is an excellent read about WHY pauses are impactful and HOW to use them. I especially love the point to not overuse them and to make them purposeful. They should be strategic and different. I like to compare them to written pauses: sometimes a pause is like a comma, other times it’s a period, and sometimes it’s a paragraph break, etc.
