8 年I lead SPD and OR focused change management engagements in the US market for providers with similar or larger production volumes. I would agree that an instrument management system directly supports many mission critical objectives including decision support for cost quality and outcomes management. It is a critical system to have and is super-charged when integrated with the OR scheduling system, washers/sterilizers and Biological monitoring incubators.
