- This has been 3 decades in the making...

Personal Confession: If you don’t know my story and why I became a Men’s Confidence, Purpose & Leadership Coach and WHY I became completely obsessed with supporting men like YOU, here is a shortened version.

I spent over 35 years battling manic depression, ADHD, overwhelm, fatigue, procrastination, low self-worth, self-sabotage, addictions to drugs and alcohol, inadequacy, abandoning myself, people-pleasing, the father wound, victimhood, and financial scarcity. I was numb and frozen emotionally resulting in feeling weak and flaccid as a man, like a boy trapped in a man's body. I even lost all enthusiasm for life and at times just wanted it all to end!

However within those dark nights of the soul, there was always a BURNING DETERMINATION to work it ALL out, even though at times I felt like giving up, failure was NOT an option. I knew I had a HIGHER PURPOSE to fulfill and to leave this World better than I found it by supporting others to overcome their adversity and share their gifts far and wide.

15 years ago, I discovered the transformation industry and dived deep into self-development to find and understand myself on every level possible, studying with some of the best. Yet something was still missing… 7 years later I discovered Men’s Work and have been part of and facilitating men’s groups ever since. I quickly realized this was the missing piece. The power of those containers for men was second to none, especially for those who had absent fathers.

I am certainly nobody's guru and will never proclaim to be. I am deeply devoted to the humble path of my own evolution and creating the mature masculine leaders the World needs rather than more followers. Now I work with and embrace my demons and emotions each day to harness my fire as fuel for my purpose.

Over the years I learned how to INTEGRATE and ALCHEMIZE my darkness and adversity by realizing that it gave me EVERYTHING I needed to understand and support other men through THEIR pain, suffering, and darkness.

Now men gravitate to me as a Father Figure, Mentor, and Confidence, Purpose and Courageous Leadership Coach. My style has become bold, raw, and highly intuitive.

Learning to feel, trust, and act upon my intuition has resulted in over a thousand men and counting being supported by my gifts.

This is how my Courageous Leadership Program... was born!
