Malnutrition causes illness.
Eating too much or too little is bad for digestion.
Obsessive eating and loss of appetite is from a nutrient defficiency.
Try again
Most of us get depressed at some time in life, which may lead to bad habits. We make bad food choices and may start eating too much of the wrong nutrients in the form of empty calories and toxic additives and food substances. Highly processed food, like white sugar, fatty foods, and alcoholic beverages, do not help your body cope or recover from stress. Plus, you may carry genetic markers to eat unhealthy foods and make unhealthy choices that do not give your body substances to repair. When your circumstances are not good and you feel bad, sometimes you just cannot help grabbing the food or the habit that comforts you. But, you can recover or make better choices when you know better.
It's ok to fall off your healthy diet plan, just get back on.

A bite of advice.
Too much food is not good for you and neither is too little. Too much information can be toxic to your mind and too little can be too. You must seek balance in your diet and daily life. Do not be too strict or too lazy. Find out what works for you and work hard to find your path to healing in every emotion and spiritual experience.
Studies show that when you feel bad too long your immunity slows down. Dr. Lissa Rankin, MD was the first person that I heard say that the "you can heal yourself." She said that after 90 seconds of stress your cortisol levels rise slowing down relaxing hormones. When this happens our genetic material does not have as many signals to repair cells or 'fix the problem.' I wonder how long do we suffer before we actually get an illness or disease. Some of us have suffered as children, not having love, nutritious food, or nurturing environments. Most of us are lacking 'spiritual food' or positive mindsets to make choices that help us become balanced again after we get sick. We live in societies that are individualized and divided which does not help us solve our problems or make our immunity stronger when it has been compromised. We are excessive in everything that is negative, but our immunity needs excessive positivity, which balances the negativity. We need negatively charged bacteria, but we need to build positively charged bacteria from the negatively charged to make our immunity stronger. When we understand that we cannot survive and thrive if our immunity does not have the positive nutrients from nature, we can change the state of health globally. It is a simple change of our mind and body to fix our health: It is complex in exploring how each of us does the effective work at changing our diet with empowerment, knowledge, and wisdom from truthful sources.
There are 3 simple rules to changing your diet.
#1 Detoxify with water, fruits, vegetables, and herbs. Eliminate highly processed foods and add whole foods.
#2 Rebuild your immunity with seeds, whole grains, beans, nuts, and wild fish.
#4 Enrich your blood and mind with exercise, breathing, greens, and whole food supplements.
Here is a recipe to help you heal.
