In Mary Poppins, when the parents decide to advertise for a nanny, the children write the job description, which includes desired personality traits, such as:

·?????? Never cross or cruel

Too many job descriptions seem to be written this way:

·?????? Must be enthusiastic and passionate

·?????? Must be outgoing and extroverted

·?????? Must thrive in high-stress situations, fast-paced environments, loads of rapidly changing ambiguity, and war zones

·?????? Must be able to resolve conflict and solve thorny world problems, with a smile

·?????? Would be great if you also have a proven track record producing hat racks out of carpet bags and the ability to slide down banisters with grace and aplomb
