At Learning Curve Foundation (LCF), May marks a time of fresh aspirations, new goals, and strategic plans aimed at deepening our commitment to Social and Emotional Learning (SEL). Aspirations for the Year Ahead

Empowering Students and Teachers:

This year, our focus continuous empowering students, teachers and parents through a comprehensive SEL program ‘acSELerate’. We aim to nurture emotional intelligence, resilience, and empathy, equipping our students with the skills needed to navigate life's challenges.

Strengthening Partnerships:

We are excited to build on our existing partnerships with the Department of Education Samagra Shiksha expanding to the entire state of Telangana, Axis Energy, BPCL and many other stakeholders. These collaborations will enhance our ability to deliver impactful programs and reach more students across Telangana.

Innovative Initiatives:

Our team explores innovative approaches to SEL, incorporating activities that foster creativity, self-expression, and mindfulness. We believe that a holistic approach to education will significantly benefit our students' overall well-being.

Plans in Action

We have initiated Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with several public and affordable private schools. These partnerships are pivotal in ensuring that our SEL programs reach a wider audience, fostering emotional and social well-being in diverse educational settings.

To support the seamless implementation of our curriculum, we have distributed comprehensive school toolkits and materials. These resources are designed to provide teachers with the necessary tools to effectively integrate SEL into their classrooms, enhancing the learning experience for students.

Teacher and POC Orientations:?

As part of our commitment to fostering a supportive and effective learning environment, LCF has conducted comprehensive orientations for teachers and Points of Contact (POCs). These sessions are designed to provide an in-depth understanding of the LCF curriculum, its goals, and the strategies for successful implementation.

The primary objective of the orientations is to familiarize teachers and POCs with our Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) curriculum. This includes a detailed overview of the curriculum components, learning objectives, and the expected outcomes for students. We have provided practical strategies and methodologies for implementing the SEL curriculum in classrooms. This includes lesson planning, activity integration, and techniques for creating an emotionally supportive classroom environment.

At Learning Curve Foundation, we believe that empowering our teachers and POCs with the right tools and knowledge is crucial for the success of our SEL programs. Through these orientations, we aim to create a strong foundation for a nurturing and emotionally intelligent educational environment.
