Broken down into 5 easy steps…


Step 1??: NO STAGE REQUIRED


I came to realization that the top paid speaker ISN’T the best speaker…


But the best MARKETED speaker.


Which meant I had to have products and services to sell other than JUST a speech.


(A dangerously outdated speaking business model)


Speakers speaker.


Period.?


Find a “platform” and start speaking from it. Like social media, virtual events, and your own workshops. I am.?


It’s not 1994…


You DO NOT need to be on a physical stage to be a professional speaker anymore.


Step 2??: IRRESISTIBLE OFFER + ASCENSION MODEL


Waiting to book stages was making me broke. I wanted to be a professional speaker, but couldn’t make money fast enough.


After figuring out I could just build my “own stages”… I realized I can sell whatever I want on the back end.


So I got clear on my customer avatar, and what their biggest desires and pains were.


I the. created three OFFERS to sell to that ideal audience.?


A virtual mini-workshop for $17…


A LIVE 3-day bootcamp for $6,000…


And a year long speaker coaching program for $36,000.


This way no matter what “temperature” a prospect is at… I have a product or service for them no matter what stage they’re at.


Step 3??: SPEAKER SPEAK


I realized that if Zig Ziglar or Jim Rohn or the legends had had social media back in the day… they would have been speaking daily from it!


That’s when I went ALL in on creation my “online platform”.


I began creating content on social media with my message, and drove organic traffic to the link in my carefully curated bio…


One to my low-ticket offer to attend my next virtual event.


My social profiles are the top end of my funnel.


One link. One objective.?


Collect the lead/sale.


I spend 30-45 days filling my virtual event.


Step 4??: 1-TO-MANY SALES PROCESS


I hate sales calls.


Not because I hate sales, but because WHAT A WASTE OF TIME to sell everyone one at a time.


I spend the majority of the time getting my ideal client into one room, and then talking to them all at ONCE.


So instead of prospecting for sales calls, I prospect to get my ideal client to come to my next virtual event.


I drive traffic to that $17 virtual event…


And at the end I invite them to work with me more extensively for a weekend Bootcamp for $6,000.


I only take 12-15 people.


At the end of that Bootcamp, I move them up the ascension ladder, and invite them to spend the year learning and working with me for $36,000.


Do the math….


Let’s say you get 100 people to register for your virtual. That’s $1,700 before the event starts (not counting upsells or VIPs)


Only 30% will show up to the virtual (industry standard show up rate)…


And you’ll close about 20% (industry standard; I close closer to 40-50%)…


Which means you’ll close roughly 7 attendees on a $6,000 offer.


That’s $42,000 + $1,700 for a total of $43,700 for ONE virtual event.


I host one virtual event a month, and one bootcamp a quarter.


That means 7 people from every virtual, three virtuals a quarter… means about 15-20 people every Bootcamp.


Show up rate to an in-person event of $2,000+ is about 70-80%.


That’s about 15 attendees per bootcamp.


Even if you ONLY closed 20% of them…


(much easier to close a higher percentage of the room on a high-ticket offer when the room is under 25 people)


That’s still 3 new clients at $36,000 each.


Meaning that the grand total on getting 100 people into a your virtual event every month…


Could yield you almost $240,000 every 90 days running this play (with these kind of high-ticket offers)


Step 5??: BUILD AUTHORITY


You can use those entire thing to get you booked on other stages as well.


Document the whole process and use it for content.?


After the first 90 day cycle, I fully expect to start getting booked on other people’s stages.


This is because of the way I create content and invite guest speakers to be part of my events.


The law of reciprocity kicks in and they want to get me on their stages after working with me on mine.


Rinse and repeat this process every 90 days.


And remember… I’m a 5x college dropout. I’m not the smartest or the best.


I just created a sales and marketing system for speakers back in 2017…


And have been running it (with huge success) every since.?


DON’T OVERTHINK THIS.
