Duff McKay and her husband Duff have been together for some time, but are still together today. They have two children - Joyce McKay Clise '44 and Alfred H. Clise '43 - both students at Whitman College in Washington state.

In September 2013, The Duffs filed a multicount action in Superior Court seeking arbitration and reaching an apparent settlement with defendants; however, they never executed a formal settlement document due to disagreement over payment terms.

They filed an appeal in Superior Court, and a judge ultimately allowed their motion and entered judgment requiring the defendants to pay the agreed-upon amount within ten days. We uphold this judgment; however, we note that the Duffs rely on two alternative theories which may conflict with each other on their appeal.

Jaclyn Schwartzberg & Ryan Buckley

Jaclyn and Ryan have endured many difficulties together, yet they remain happily together. A few weeks ago they tied the knot outside and fans were in awe at how stunning she looked on her special day.
