Finding and vetting applicants for different roles within the company 2. Publishing job postings, going over resumes, making preliminary phone calls, and setting up interviews 3. Arranging interviews and making sure all the required arrangements are made in coordination with the hiring managers 4. Gathering a minimum of 15 to 20 candidates in order to fulfill the internship requirements and obtain certification.
