Marko - what's going on with your project?

It's been a while since I gave my network an update on my project - but that doesn't mean things haven't been moving behind the scenes!

There is always a constant interest in the solution and the briquettes - on average I get one new DM per day on any given social media channel - which is great and reminds me how important and relatable this innovation is!

Less that 15 minutes ago I submitted my business plan to an institution in Luxembourg asking for financial support to proceed with the patent that will protect what Capriole has accomplished - take a second to digest that - this all started in quarantine and look at it now!

As we continue to build our pipeline it's strange to realise that something that started in quarantine, won a competition organised by Luxinnovation, got accepted to an incubator in Switzerland, and more - will soon be out the commercially! Register to see my final pitch here.

Do I sound confident? I hope so, we've figured out our go-to-market and have even closed our first client (verbally) and once our patent is filed we will be able to lease out our solution - yes, lease out - that way coffee waste will be saved globally using a solution developed in Luxembourg.

I often get questions about investments. People offered me 5-figure amounts before I had even figured out how I would go to market or had shown any traction at all!

I hope / plan to do a small family, friends (and fools) round at some point - small is a relative term but I did rely on a lot of people for motivation during my project, after that...we'll simply see what happens.

Stay safe everyone, and remember - it's espresso, not expresso.
