Marking a Milestone: 5 Years at Zuci Systems

The last five whole years at Zuci Systems have been my longest stay ever.

Yes, I moved throughout my childhood for various reasons and never stuck anywhere, and these 5 years went like a flash. Many at Zuci would feel like home, away from home, and I am not an exception! :)

From being the first salesperson recruited to winning awards, working with underprivileged students and contributing content in various forms - this journey has been a roller coaster of laughter, learning, epic failures and a few humble success. Navigating Uncharted Territory:

Picture this: Me, fresh-faced and ready to conquer the world as the first-ever salesperson at Zuci Systems. I had no idea what I was getting myself into, but I'm always up for a challenge!

Little did I know that those early days would be filled with more confusion than a cat trying to understand algebra. But fear not because the support and belief I received from our leaders and the team were the lifelines that kept me afloat. Their faith in me was so strong that boosted my self-belief and kept pushing my limits.

The Power of Belonging:

Throughout my years, my contribution has been acknowledged by the management. The recognition bestowed upon me has not only served as a testament to my achievements but has also motivated me to strive for greater success. These awards hanging on my walls give me a sense of fulfillment, reinforcing my commitment to excellence.

I am grateful to be part of an organization that values and take a lot of effort to appreciate the contributions of its employees.

Can't miss saying this: Even for little little things that are accomplished, the words of appreciation are dopamine for any creator, and all my leaders ensured everyone & I get jabbed with a dose of dopamine.

Making a Difference, One Laugh at a Time:

My mother is a Teacher, and she always shares stories on the importance of children's Education & challenges faced by students from underprivileged backgrounds. And I always wanted to do something for the little one's Education. Luckily, it's a match. Zuci believes & committed to making a positive impact beyond the corporate realm in Education.

Through Zuci's support, I have had the opportunity to actively contribute to various educational initiatives. Whether it's partnering with local schools, supporting during Covid, or providing resources, we have been able to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students.

Being part of these initiatives has given me a sense of purpose and allowed me to contribute to the broader community. Zuci's dedication to education has exemplified the company's values and commitment to social responsibility.

If you are looking for options for a few interesting scrolls on Insta, don't miss seeing a few from Zuci's handle. Now, don't get me wrong—I'm no Bharathi Raja or Christopher Nolan. But did our Team & I give it all!

From awkwardly stumbling over my words to accidentally including the blooper reel in the final cut, our video-making escapades have become watchable.

I always love creating content/Reels, and when I got invited to do that, it was an interesting assignment with Free Hands in experimenting & collaborating with more Zucians!
