Marketing Web Analytics Journey


I completed the Google Analytics Certification, gaining deep insights into web analytics and data-driven decision-making. I also learned Adobe Analytics, further broadening my skill set in marketing analytics tools.

As part of a group project, my team and I analyzed Macy's performance using data from Google's Merchandise store demo account(Presentation). We defined business objectives like enhancing revenue, improving user experience, and re-engaging churned customers. By focusing on KPIs such as revenue trends, conversion rates, user engagement, cart abandonment, bounce rates, and retention rates, we delivered actionable insights and strategies to optimize Macy’s digital sales and improve the customer journey.

This journey has been enriching, strengthening my technical skills and ability to apply analytics in real-world scenarios. Excited to bring these insights to future opportunities!
