Marketing Tip...

Today let's talk about marketing a little bit...

More significantly let's discuss one fundamental rule of marketing... "Make your potential clients and current clients feel important".

We all have multiple clients. Depending on your business you may have dozens, hundreds or even thousands of clients. But there is one truth that all clients have in common... they do not care about your other clients. They care about themselves.

So make them feel like they are the most important person in your business.

  1. Find ways to reward them (appreciation events, reward programs, referrals for their business, etc.)
  2. Offer your best clients exclusive services or discounts
  3. Stay in touch
  4. Offer exceptional warranties/guarantees
  5. Provide exceptional service
  6. Do the basics... return calls promptly, follow up, address issues and make the client experience a great one

Make people feel special and they will refer you, use your services or products over and over and be clients for life.
