2. Ease of Commute?
Location or ease of commute was the second-highest priority for both high and low-income earners looking for a new job according to the?Insights Report: What Australian Employees Want.?
It’s evident that mobility is an issue.??
In the same report, another benefit employees wanted were petrol discounts.?
3. Flexible Working?
Work flexibility is one of the top three considerations marketers make when weighing in on different job offers.?
Following COVID-19, most marketing employees are pushing for hybrid office/work-from-home setups with?55%?preferring to work away from the office at least two days per week.?
