Marketing Operations Manager, -time direct position with our client!

V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a?Marketing Operations Manager?for our premier client in?Oak Brook, Illinois.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Technical Requirements and Certifications ?Agile or SCRUM certification.

• Education and Experience ?Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business or related field.
• 4+ years of in customer facing operations or product management experience; 1-2 years of experience working with or collaborating with website teams, apps teams or software development teams.
• Experience managing creative feedback with multiple executive stakeholders.
• Experience with application of data analytics to refine testing models; direct-marketing experience.

• Knowledge, Skills and Abilities ?Knowledge of MS Office - Excel, PowerPoint.
• Leading and managing teams as well as cross-functional projects.
• Managing agency relationships as well as other external partners.
• Manage the activities of internal and external agency partners - develop project scope and briefs.
• Partner with teams to compile necessary content, approvals, etc. to execute campaigns.
• Proficient with product management tools; Workfront, JIRA or similar platform.
• Ability to prepare an intuitive and accurate project status with a dashboard view.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Job Responsibilities:Scope marketing operations projects, define deliverables and identify tasks necessary to deliver projects in line with requestor expectations via a project management tracking system.
• Develop operations/project roadmap for stakeholders and lead a routine meeting for transparency with all business leads.
• Coordinate workflow for front-end developers to ensure digital marketing needs are met in and efficient manner.
• Implement agile marketing process that can scale with business needs; ensure the appropriate technology is in place to enable the agile marketing process.
• Drive optimization of workflows and processes as well as digital content production efficiency within marketing organization.
• Provide strategic direction of overall marketing technology stack; lead additions, upgrades and maintenance for existing tools such as Hybris, CRM/Data Warehouse, Salesforce platforms, Google Analytics etc.
• Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.
