An?innovative digital marketing?agency based in Limassol?is looking to recruit a self-motivated,?experienced?Marketing Manager?to join our Limassol team.?The successful candidate will be leading a marketing team of 10+ Marketers in multiple countries that provide marketing services to a large number of companies in the financial spectrum. The right candidate is highly-experienced in managing a medium-sized team and has a natural ability to collaborate with them to land on marketing ideas that drive conversion rates and increase brand reputation and thereby achieve growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategies, lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics and collaborate with internal departments.

Responsibilities

·??????Set clear goals and evaluate all processes for the marketing team.?

·??????Define and execute the marketing and communication activities according to our marketing plan for the email team

·??????Coordinate all marketing activities to generate leads

·??????Collaborate with other teams to promote offerings

·??????Inform clients and prospects of products and services through creative marketing strategies

·??????Track performance of all marketing campaigns

Requirements

·??????Ability to manage complex projects and campaigns and is able to efficiently implement effective business strategies.

·??????Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

·??????3+ years' experience in marketing

·??????Proficient in the English language

·??????Ability to multi-task

·??????Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills

·??????Proven experience of team management will be advantageous
