In response to this seismic shift, let's delve into the 5Ts model, which I propose as the new pillars of effective marketing: Technology, Traction, Transactions, Traffic, and Transparency.

Nicely put, Rishi Sharma. All the T's are worth focusing upon in today's marketing. I'd like to add one more #T in this list - i.e #TIME The quantum marketing era is heavily dependent on capturing the moments to get an entry into customer's mind. You lose the right moment, you lose every other T. Because moment also addresses a unique behaviour of today's customers... i.e. lack of attention. More and more digital first generation will get introduced in the marketing landscape with lesser and lesser attention spans. For them living the microsecond moment for something that meets their need will hold paramount importance.
