Porters Five-Forces Analysis – Marketing GPT Chatbot

Following OpenAI’s launch of GPT-4o, anyone with a free Chat GPT subscription can now access millions of customised GPTs through the GPT Store. VCMO is building a library of customised GPT Chatbots that are a useful tool for early-stage scaleups or small businesses that lack strategic marketing capability. They can be used to guide you through the marketing planning process helping you avoid blind spots.

One of our chatbots can be used to assist businesses in utilising Porter’s 5-Forces framework for conducting an analysis of the competitive landscape. I’ve created a short video explainer to demonstrate what the Chatbot can do.
