The Marketing & Communications Manager will collaborate and engage with the community to envision, co-design & implement a brand campaign that is creative, inspiring and powerful.

Responsible for the development and delivery of cutting-edge marketing and communication strategies, this is a unique opportunity for a highly skilled specialist to lead an exciting School brand refresh project.??

The successful candidate will frame and enliven the essence of the School’s vision, values, culture and strategic direction. Making a significant contribution to the engagement of our School community, the Marketing & Communications Manager will consult, develop, implement and evaluate the School’s brand, marketing and communications strategies. The successful candidate will steer the creation of an effective portfolio of promotional assets and activities to position the School as an educational destination of choice.

The new Marketing & Communications Manager will combine style and substance to deliver impactful outcomes across a range of key areas. The successful candidate will be an influential and visible leader, with the proven capacity to nurture key stakeholder relationships and will have an innate drive and curiosity to think outside the box and execute creative content that reflects the School’s fresh attitude and approach to girls’ education.

The successful candidate will be highly proficient in leveraging the capabilities of ICT equipment, interfaces, platforms and software used to super-charge marketing and communications campaigns that are full of spirit and excitement. The successful applicant will be a lateral thinker with well-honed problem-solving skills. They will have access to a deep pool of industry associations and professional networks that bring people together. The Marketing & Communications Manager will have an enviable portfolio of digital and soft assets to complement a personal repertoire of excellence.

With a start date to be negotiated (preferably as soon as available), the position of Marketing & Communications Manager is offered as a permanent full-time position on a 5-year contract with an attractive renumeration package.
