In February 2020?The Business Anchors Podcast?was born. It's now generated multiple 6-figure contracts and gets mentioned by more than 60% of new customers.

- You may have noticed there wasn't an episode last week, or maybe you didn't because you have better things to do haha. Sorry about that. I was on holiday & wanted a break from you lot!?Here are some pics?from my holiday if you're interested.
- On Wednesday this week our team (myself included) took part in a 1-day First Aid course. It was honestly brilliant. It's an amazing feeling knowing that the skills we've learned could potentially save a life in the future! I'd highly recommend doing one.

February 2020 an idea was born that’s impacted our business & our lives in ways we’d never have imagined.
After being tired of seeing all of the smoke & mirrors, alongside the sensationalised ‘entreprenur-lifestyle’ content in the Marketing industry, we wanted to shed some light on what it’s actually like to grow a business.
The Business Anchors Podcast was born.
We always try to focus at least 20% of our Marketing efforts on trying & testing new platforms & approaches.
We wanted to call it Business W*nkers to represent our non-corporate, no BS approach to doing business but settled with Business Anchors (with a cleverly positioned anchor that looks like a ‘W’ before the word ‘Anchors’) to avoid podcast platforms demoting us before people even listened.
Every week, I get to sit down with my best mate, business partner & brother (Lloyd) & tell stories & share insights on what it’s actually like growing & running our 11-person (and growing) Marketing Agency,?Knowlton.
I absolutely love it.
And the crazy part, which is a massive bonus, some people actually enjoy listening to us, every week!
The EVEN crazier part, is that we can attribute multiple 6-figure contracts that have come directly from the podcast.
Mental.
That 20% experiment now supports us to generate over 60% of our revenue!
