Without customers, hungry to make revenue would collapse their businesses. Customers are the core of any sales strategy, and it is difficult to understand their opinions and behaviors.

Example: Most of the customers buy body spray which contains different scented Alcohol to have better spray and easy to sprinkle on the body, but Alcohol is very dangerous on the skin. The body spray market was growing very fast and earning more revenue, but customers were not happy because the body spray is to get over soon because of Alcohol. Later, one gentleman introduced body spray without alcohol and effectively he advertised and marketed the product as per customer wants at the right price.

The business was a big hit and other body spray companies’ revenue was slowing down in the market.

The product is “Fogg” the company launched in India in 2011 with the concept of no gas and only perfume.

Deep Marketing

Founder Mr. Darshan Patel understood the market and created the product as per customer wants at the right price, now he has already captured the body spray and cosmetics market in India.

Marketing is the method of planning and implementing the conception, promotion, cost, and distribution of ideas on goods and services to fulfill the needs of the customer or organizations and make them satisfied with their products and services.

Every business wants to successfully market its products and services. Marketing is a perilous tool for establishing awareness of new products in the market and marketing uses different techniques, communication, and advertising, attracting new customers and building a strong lasting relationship with an existing customer.

When we are completed with this process effectively, marketing will help you to increase sales and establish your competitive benefit.

Marketing is a critical feature of your business and requires proper planning, market research, time, product designing, uniqueness of product, pricing, and appropriate budget allocations.

Marketing starts before creating the products. It starts with understanding the customer or organization needs that leads to creating a product that fits.

Marketing is a tool where it spread awareness of the product and services by sending the right message to the right person, and at the right time.

Through Traditional & Digital Marketing, companies can focus and deliver product awareness through the right channel which can reach the customer directly.

20 years ago, when I was in college and traveling way back home, I saw the famous and eye drooling chocolate advertisement on the big screen near a traffic signal, which was tempting me to buy and taste immediately. Creating this type of advertisement requires more assertive content and eye drooling visuals, creativity, understanding customer behavior, and their mood.

Content: Content creation is very important in marketing, content is the only tool for attracting your customer with your niche. Content can be in any form of communication like videos, images, emails, webinars, etc. Attract your target audience with useful content that will help in their daily life or businesses.

Attention: When you create useful content, then there is traffic to read your content and share it with others. Always create content that will draw attention to your information. Use SEO, Social media, and other paid ads channel to drive traffic to your website, blog, and other sites.

Trust: Building trust with customers or organizations is a big task, again building trust is like building your brand in the market. Through online devices like smartphones and computers, we can talk to the customer directly and build trust with customers to sell your products.
