What is Marketing Automation?
The process of using a CRM automation tool to set up rules for what email, voicemail, and SMS messages go out under which conditions, and which leads get added automatically to ad campaigns.
In a sales funnel automated follow-ups via email, SMS, ringless VM, and calling – are essential to increasing your conversion rates and reducing your customer acquisition cost. You can do these follow-ups automatically via your CRM system (High Level, Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
