The Marketing Analytics team at SpotHero is key to making data-driven decisions and improving operational efficiency. They focus on areas such as channel attribution, customer engagement trends, SEM analysis, and facility quality while refining reporting processes. Recently, the team has been working hard on building new sources of truth, fixing data bugs, and making reporting faster, more in-depth, and consistent across departments

Nate and Matthew, both analysts on the team, contribute their expertise, helping to connect the dots between data and business strategy. They play a big role in ensuring that SpotHero’s marketing efforts are effective and insightful.

What do you do at SpotHero?

"I help members of the marketing team by leveraging our data to research areas of our business that currently impact opportunities for growth. Our team’s objective is to help members of the team make informed decisions that impact their area within the marketing team."

What channels do you work with?

The Channels our team works with the most are a combination of Partnerships, SEO, CRM, and SEM.

What can we come to you for?

Any and all Data Development that can help impact our marketing team. I find the most fun projects make an impact on what our team has access to in order to make the most informed decisions.

I love playing music in my free time.

What do you do at SpotHero?

I analyze marketing data to optimize campaigns and improve customer acquisition. My goal is to drive growth through data-driven insights.

What channels do you work with?

I focus on paid media, CRM, Partnerships, and other key marketing channels. My work ensures efficient budget allocation and performance tracking.

I provide insights on campaign performance, data trends, and marketing strategy. If you need help optimizing ads or understanding data, I’ve got you covered.

What do you do at SpotHero?

I lead our customer service team. I make sure that we can help our customers in a quick and friendly way, 365 days a year. I also serve as the voice of the customer throughout SpotHero, surfacing driver issues and questions so our team can continue to improve our product.??

Something I can't live without or a fun fact:

I can't live without my dog, Alfie, because he's a joy and delight.

How has marketing analytics helped your team?

I'm grateful for our Marketing Analytics team because they help me harness customer data insights to staff my team more efficiently. Their recent analysis of frequency and cohort data identified key customer trends, allowing us to specialize our agents for different customer needs.? By specializing our agents, we were able to reduce training and hiring costs.? This strategy has enabled us to provide personalized customer experiences with minimal impact on our bottom line. Most importantly, we're providing better customer support and driving growth at SpotHero because of the work of marketing analytics!

What do you do at SpotHero?

I'm the Director of Partnerships and Digital Marketing. I manage our partnerships and SEMs teams, and we work to help SpotHero achieve our growth goals.

Something I can't live without or a fun fact:

I've visited 16 countries and I'm looking forward to adding more to the list.

How has marketing analytics helped your team?

Marketing Analytics has been vital to Partnerships and SEM. Partnerships uses an external platform to track our transactions from affiliate partners, and the analysts have helped seamlessly integrate that data into our internal data platform. In addition, we pull together multiple sources of data to give a full picture of partnership performance, and the analysts have created an easy-to-use dashboard that makes interpreting the overall partnership performance easier. For SEM, there is a significant amount of data that our team is evaluating daily, and marketing analytics have been supportive in helping pull data to give insight into where we should make adjustments to get the strongest return on ad spend.

What do you do at SpotHero?

I’m the Director of Brand Marketing and help build and run our CRM programs, design team, SEO and content team, and top-of-funnel advertising like CTV and social media.?

Something I can't live without or a fun fact:

I have three littles- Adelaide is 6, Charlotte Ray is 4, and Wells is 1.5

How has marketing analytics helped your team?

Marketing analytics helps us understand the performance of our channels like CRM, SEO, and TOF. They provide attribution and growth help so we can best invest our marketing dollars and our efforts.
