Market Update: Salt Lake City

Salt Lake City is one of the strongest metros in the West and we are continuing to see investor interest in this area. CBRE Affordable Housing has been very active in Salt Lake and the surrounding Utah area in recent months - closing seven properties for $79M and financing five loans for $41M. We currently have an additional three deals in the area in our pipeline.

With the continued interest in the area, we thought it would be a good time to provide a market update on the area.
