For those of you considering selling your house and debating on waiting until it's "pretty" outside - check out these stats!
We have 4 months on inventory on the market right now, meaning, if we don't get any more homes to put on the market we will be out of inventory in 4 months, that is over 7% lower than where we were this time last year. The home that are on the market and selling, are selling for about 4.5% more than they were last year....
Don't wait for everyone to put their house on the market, buyers are buying now - less inventory = higher demand which means more money in your pocket!!!
