Super excited to talk about what's happening in the market!
If you, or someone you know, if considering putting their house on the market, I HIGHLY suggest doing it ASAP!

Our monthly inventory is down by 5% from where we were last year and we have a TON of qualified buyers looking for a house.

Needless to say, with the lower inventory comes higher demand, which for any sellers out there, that is fantastic news!

Our average days on the market are down to 45 days (almost 10% faster than last year!) and the average sales price.. well that is a drastic 12% HIGHER than this time last year!!

So.. in summary, if you know ANYBODY looking to sell their house, the time is NOW!
