Hey guys!
Hope you're all awesome and business is all FANTASTIC!

Time for another monthly market update!

The inventory is still EXTREMELY low! We only have 5 and a half months of inventory left on the market and buyers are still out there! Statistically speaking we are 6.42% DOWN in homes currently for sale now than we were last year!

On the bright side, homes are still selling faster and for more money today than last year, which is FANTASTIC news for you guys!!

If you or anyone  you know is considering selling their house, CALL ME!

We need more homes for our buyers!!
