An Gia is about to launch an apartment project in Binh Duong
The Ngai Thang - The Gio Riverside project has been licensed for construction, after completing the approval of the 1/500 detailed planning, deciding to allocate land from 2022 and will be deployed this year. It located in Binh Thang Ward, Di An City, Binh Duong province with a scale of 2.9 hectares, is one of An Gia's key projects this year. The Gio Riverside has 2 blocks and 40-storey apartment, with a total floor area of about 297,000 sqm, providing the market with about 3,000 units including apartments and shophouses. The project is expected by the investor to catch the market recovery and the increasing demand for real estate. According to the investor, the project focuses on the affordable segment - the segment with the largest proportion of buyers in the market with easy-to-own prices and guaranteed quality. In addition to the plan to launch The Gio Riverside project, An Gia investor is carrying out legal work for two projects The Leaf Village and Westgate 2 in Binh Chanh (HCMC) with areas of 27 hectares and 3.2 hectares respectively.
Aeon built the first shopping center in the Mekong Delta
Aeon has just started construction on a commercial center worth more than 1,000 billion VND in Long An and is also the company's first in the Mekong Delta. Thanh Hoa province will have a newly 540 ha industrial park
On May 20, the People's Committee of Thanh Hoa province just issued a decision to approve the 1/2000 scale construction zoning project of Phu Quy Industrial Park, located in 7 communes of Hoang Hoa district, Thanh Hoa province. Dong Nai launches a 1,400 billion VND social housing project
