When you're building your business, you need a few things to be successful.
First, you need a good market.
They need to have a desire to solve a problem or fulfill a need / want.
The stronger the desire the better.
You need to be able to reach that market with some degree of consistency.
And they need to have the means (financial / time / accessibility) to do business with you.
Next, you need to have a strong offer that compels the prospects in the market to consider you as a solution for their problems or a guide in achieving their goals.
Then, you need to have a business model that delivers the client's dream come true result through an experience they enjoy in a consistent way.
That's how to create a scalable business.
You can multiply in a host of ways - from client referrals as a result of you delivering on your promise to scaling your service because your model works in a consistent way...so multiple coaches, multiple locations and even things like certifications to franchising become viable options.

All because you can find your 'right people', they want to solve a painful problem, and they’re willing to invest in a solution you can provide better than most.
It’s not easy...but it's not complicated and it's fun.
You're likely doing some of this currently. Maybe even most.
