Wolomi believes in innovative tools, strategy, and intervention to improve the health outcomes of the population we serve. As subject matter experts for the health of women of color and their families, we understand the social determinants of health that create barriers to better outcomes for moms and moms to be of color and their loved ones. We work with Health Information Technology companies, Provider Practices, Payers and companies with similar goals. Contact us for more information. ? Exciting News! ? We’re excited to share that Wolomi is launching a maternal health support initiative in specific zip code locations within San Diego and Imperial County. This initiative is in partnership with Volunteers of America Southwest to support their Healthy Start Program. With the U.S. facing one of the highest maternal mortality rates among developed nations, the initiative aims to provide comprehensive care to mothers, helping them thrive during pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood. Our program offers expert guidance, community,? group education, and personalized support for all mothers. Additionally, Black mothers in the program will have access to our evidence-based Mama Companion? Program, addressing the maternal health disparities that disproportionately affect them. We are committed to improving maternal health outcomes and helping mothers thrive.
