January’s numbers are in for our real estate market, and I’m here to break them down for you. If you’re thinking about selling, you should know that the average sale price and the list-to-sale price ratio are both down slightly after peaking in June. However, the market’s adjustment has remained stable, and we’re still in a strong seller’s market. Home sellers are still selling for an average of $360,000. To learn more, watch this short video.
