Today’s post is about being a market maker and how we at Xtreme Intelligence view market leadership and furthermore how we are becoming market makers.

?Ask yourself a question: “What is the purpose of any business"? “Easy,” you reply. “To make a profit.” But that’s the wrong answer. Profits are an outcome. They only tell us whether our business strategy and execution are viable.

?With the pandemic winding down, the South African private sector finally can start moving forward, it’s important for business leaders to take note that business has fundamentally changed, regardless of industry or vertical.

These changes have affected all aspects of engagement and the way in which we do business. Structure and a clearly defined but adaptable offering, will help you navigate the toughest times.

Here at Xtreme Intelligence we have a defined corporate identity, Trust and integrity?are two essential attributes of our development House. Yes, trust and honesty come at a cost, and you may not be able to go down the cheapest path, but it will ensure that there are no rough edges to deal with when the project is done.

By prioritizing the above the result is always quality and delivery and a client that knows we set out to achieve the best result for them.

The mark of success for a firm, and therefore the ultimate objective of its strategy, is to?satisfy customer needs?and wants at a sustainable profit.?Whatever strategy and tactics we employ to gain competitive advantage must ultimately be based upon our profitably providing a better solution for customers.

We achieve this by having inclusive engagements with all stakeholders while holding the view that our staff and customers are the prime assets that make up our business.

However, more than being market leaders, we believe successful companies need to go?beyond — to become market makers.
