6 个月I believe pricing on houses, condos and townhouses will continue to rise as long as there is a shortage of affordable housing. The only wild card is a condo over 30 years old located in Florida. No one wants the legacy costs of higher HOA fees and special assessments. I believe this will swing over to other states as well if you live in a high rise. Fail to plan then plan to fail.
