The current median sales price for a home across the entire FMLS (state of Georgia) is $310,415. There are 35 new listings as of last night. 26 homes went under contract (I like those odds). 4 homes had a price decrease, with 5 having a price increase. 1 home closed yesterday, with 188 pending to close. Only one house was withdrawn, and seven expired. Five houses are coming soon to the market. What's stopping you from selling?
