Here is a cool app for your phone you can use to mark up photos and add text.Just take a screenshot with your phone, open Skitch and then add arrows, circles and text and then share. I like to use this to make "how to" graphics like the one below. It is also a good tool when doing a presentation that involves sharing screenshots. You can get for the iphone at the apple store
