Fast forward to today, and Marina has grown from a Spa Therapist to Spa Manager at Domes Zeen Chania, a Luxury Collection Resort, Crete . Her path has been shaped by continuous learning, hands-on experience, and a drive to provide exceptional wellness services.

Through training, mentorship, and real-world challenges, she transitioned from focusing solely on treatments to leading a team, managing operations, and creating meaningful guest experiences.

"Working in a spa during the pandemic required flexibility, reassurance, and a focus on both guest and team well-being," she shares. "We had to adapt quickly, gain guest trust, and ensure every visit felt safe, seamless, and still deeply relaxing". Through teamwork and resilience, Marina and her colleagues turned obstacles into growth moments, emerging stronger and more connected than ever.
