Maricopa and Pinal County Market Update
It’s true, affordability has dropped below the balance point. The numbers are showing a slowdown in our market, but it’s not falling off a cliff. We’re starting to see price reductions, but 56% of homes still sell above their listing price. It looks like we’re trending towards a weaker seller’s market but still a seller’s market for sure.
