He is a principal and partner at Bridge Management LLC, managing single-family and small multi-family properties in the Kansas City Metro Area. He is also a principal and partner of Bridge Equity, Kansas City’s premier turnkey real estate provider, flipping 100+ properties a year.
Nathan is a blogger, and writes a weekly blog post for BiggerPockets.com, and has been heard on multiple real estate podcasts and interviews including The BiggerPockets Podcast, Ken Corcini’s podcast Deal Farm, and Eugene Rho’s HomBaBiz, Radio for Small Business show, a weekly broadcast specifically for small business owners on WSBR Money Talk Radio 740am in Boca Raton.
