March Onwards...

Of late, I have been posting on keeping our promises ... on holding cool, constructive conversation ... and on exploring Fortitude. I humbly recommend the reads and reflects.

And, I have outlined 5 simple Initiatives going forward, free and accessible, without ads. Such Initiatives are part of my work and will be the framework for my own March onward.

That said, I offer here on Initiative itself. It is a Virtue; a strength of Character. With it, we have the Courage to be original and express our own uniqueness, if you will. With it, we solve problems, with Creativity. We see challenges as opportunities to address and serve. We practice Confidence in offering up new ideas. We engage with Service, Assertiveness, Zeal and Fortitude. We walk new paths, charting uncharted territory.

Two Steps of Initiative

The world (at home, school, work, business, and community) needs Initiative in how it dialogues and deals. We need to chart uncharted paths forward. Character matters in forging forward thusly. So, here are two actions I might and will suggest.

• First, discern upon Purpose. Dive into that link and ponder and Wonder. Go through the 4 questions contained therein. Take the free Assessment. Invest the time and thought and Discernment. Practice Sagacity. In so doing, I might suggest that you will simply but powerfully find language to articulate what your more Soulfully already know.

• Second, once discerned and decided, and recognizing this will be a life long pursuit if you choose to follow it, practice Tenacity in action.

Sagacity and Tenacity; a powerful and steadfast combo for the Initiative of marching forward. Let us, March onward... with that. Let us claim our heroes, and be our own.

As I approach and advance on my Core Four, I will.

Let us do that. March onward... together, stronger.
